Observation

Cleaning supplies were accessible to children in the Infant room because the cabinet was unlatched. The supply closet in the halllway was unlatched and unlocked and contained paint. A supply cabinet in the hallway is unlatched/unlocked contained paint. The paint in the supply cabinet has been made inaccessible. DP "B" had bleach accessible in bathroom. It was made inaccessible immediately.
